Development Manager
The role is to set the strategic framework for the Project Manager(s) to construct and complete the tactical task and translate the Company’s strategic development vision into reality.
With responsibilities to include reviewing the appropriate markets within which to develop, the acquisition of sites (and site entitlements), structuring, overseeing and managing the development strategy and process. The successful candidate will oversee all development activity for the respective project(s).
My client has major projects in Qatar and as such have urgent requirements for a no. of senior level development individuals. The job holder is responsible for guiding, assisting and supervising the relevant (in house and consulting) project managers.
