Successful distributor is seeking highly productive and bright individuals with excellent communication abilities to provide support for our Canadian clients. As one of successful natural cosmetic components distributors in many countries, we can offer you great opportunities for developing your career.
This person will serve as a point of first contact for customer inquiries. Responsibilities will include providing accurate information about our products to customers, maintaining a client database, accepting orders and processing faulty goods returns and requests for advertising materials.
Candidate should possess superior problem solving, time management and analytical skills, friendly demeanor and an ability to grasp new information quickly. He must have a good knowledge of English language and strong writing skills.
Successful completion of secondary school education (high school diploma or equivalent) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office use and typing at 20 wpm) are required for this position. We welcome students and graduates alike to apply for this position. Customer support experience of any kind is an asset.
We are offering a salary of up to 38,000 AUD/year (depending on your experience) and a full range of benefits.
