Bentley DIRECT - Sales Manager
Summary of Position Responsibilities:
The Bentley DIRECT Sales Manager is responsible for managing a part of the Bentley DIRECT sales organization, the daily management and the long term development of the EMEA BD sales team. The main task is to generate revenue to meet the quarterly and annual quota by managing, coaching and motivating a number of Bentley Direct Account Managers (BD AM’s) in multiple European locations.
Major Position Responsibilities:
• Overall Sales and Target responsible for assigned industry/territory
• Manage the Bentley DIRECT sales organization, the daily management and the long term development of the EMEA BD sales team.
• Manage a number of Bentley Direct Account Manager (BD AM) in multiple European locations
• Set and establish individual targets for each BD AM.
• Motivate, coach and counsel BD sales team.
• Be involved in the recruitment and hiring of all sales members, identify training needs.
• Evaluate performance, measure and control each BD AM’s achievements.
• Develop and support Marketing Campaign activities in cooperation with BD Marketing Team in order to develop New Business opportunities.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
• Managing a number (8 – 10) of Bentley DIRECT Account Managers

| Skills Required: |
Position Qualifications:
• Proven track record as an International Sales Manager with leadership experience in an international B2B environment preferably with remote management experience.
• University degree in Industrial or Commercial Engineering.
• Exhibits commercial acumen, credibility and presence to enable effective relationship building.
• Excellent people management and communications skills.
• Fluency in English is essential. Other languages are a pre.
• Willing to travel up to 25 %.
