Purpose:
As a Financial Reporting Specialist for Hedge Fund Services you will have responsibility for all aspects of preparing financial statements for funds administered by HFS.
You will report to the Financial Reporting Group Manager.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Preparation of year end and interim financial statements to ensure all deadlines are met in an efficient and timely manner.
• Maintaining and updating financial statement templatesl.
• Liaising with auditors, clients and other operational staff.
• Distribution of financial statements on an annual and semi-annual basis to registered office, ISE (if applicable) & any other relevant regulatory authority.
• Keeping up to date with regulations and interpretations governing financial statements
• Tax reporting - provide PFIC and K-1 support documentation to tax accountants (where applicable)
• Ensuring all controls and procedures are complied with on your funds.

| Skills Required: |
Requirements:
• Part qualified professional qualification and/or Bachelors Degree in Business Studies and/or Accounting and/or Finance designation preferable.
• 3-4years relevant experience in fund administration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of word, excel and a working knowledge of fund accounting systems.
• Strong organisational skills, concern for quality & accuracy.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated, confident and committed.
• Professional and proactive approach to work.
• Team player.
