My client, a leading financial services company, based in Wisconsin, is seeking a Business Process Analyst to facilitate change and enhancements to their current business processes.
This successful candidate will liaise with the Business Process Owners to deliver and support their business. He/She will facilitate the Business Process Owners in making necessary improvements and/or changes.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high level process design for key processes
* Gather business requirements, validate business cases and produce a high level design document
* Bring existing business processes in line with best practice
* Promote benefits available through the use of Applications
* Perform routine audits to ensure compliance
* Provide support for Business process issues and queries.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 3+ years in a similar role
* Project lifecycle experience
* Good understanding of Change Management
* Project Management qualification
* Excellent business analysis and process modeling skills
* Demonstrated ability to drive and solve issues
* Excellent communication skills
