| Job Description: |
This Governmental Organisation is seeking an experienced E-Education Program Manager for a permanent role in Qatar.
The position will organize and manage the Program and Program staff. You will develop and direct the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards; assist in the development of proposal, strategic articulations, RFP's for projects; evaluate achievements, develop program budget, stay abreast of technological, legal and operational changes.
Experience required:
BSc in an IT discipline, Project Management certification; 10 years program and project management experience of which at least 5 years must be at senior manager level.
Candidate should have proven track record of delivering IT projects, creation and management of project/program documentation; experience in managing the financial aspects and maintaining budgetary control of programs. The candidate should also have experience in business case development and delivering business change related activity within an IT environment.
