The role is to provide Commercial guidance to those key organisational functions including but not limited to Business Development and Programme execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that any business that the client enters into is legally compliant, bears the minimum acceptable exposure to risk and maximises potential profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Agreement preparation, Compliance and administration, customer contract negotiations.
• Preparation of Teaming and Confidentiality Agreements in accordance with Company Procedures.
• Providing support to follow on and new business.
• Management of sub-contractors tender process. Subcontractor Management and negotiation in accordance with Company Procedures.
• Maintaining close working relationships with Subcontractors and Partners to ensure key delivery milestones remain on schedule and any deviations are reported promptly.
• Maintaining close working relationships with Customers to ensure accurate forecasting and effective cash management.
• Work pro actively to turn potential risks into positive outcomes for the business. Liaise with customers to resolve issues and play a major role in the creation of the risk management plan.
• Work closely with the Programme Managers and Business Development Managers to identify opportunities and create business strategies.
