| Job Description: |
Candidate sought for a challenging permanent role as a Consulting Engineer specializing in wireless technologies. The potential candidate will have experience designing, configuring and deploying Cisco centralized WLAN equipment as well as having experience conducting wireless RF site surveys. The Candidate will have both excellent documentation skills customer facing skills. You will be expected to travel to/from customer sites across Ohio.
* Good knowledge of 802.11 protocol design (e.g. 802.11a/b/g)
* Cisco certified in wireless technologies
* Experience in conducting WLAN site surveys both indoor and outdoor
* Excellent knowledge of Cisco wireless platforms
* Excellent knowledge of RF design and implementation
* Experience of configuring Cisco wireless solutions (Autonomous and Centralised WLAN)
* Knowledge of implementation of wireless security e.g. (EAP authentication, RADIUS solutions such as Cisco ACS, Microsoft IAS)
