Key Responsibilities:
# Oversee and ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual accounting, statutory and ad-hoc reports are submitted according to scheduled dates, Production Sharing Contract (PSC) and Joint Venture Agreement (JOA) and statutory requirements
# Responsible in Meeting requests of PSC, Joint Accounts and Petronas auditors with regards to quarterly and annual audits
# Assist in the coordination, compilation and submission of the annual budget carry – over and budget revisions prepared by each section and department
# Supervise the procurement of funds for operational needs from Joint Venture Partners (Monthly Cash Call), Home Office and Foreign Bank Loans |
Skills Required:: |
Key Requirements:
# Recognized accounting qualification: CA, ACCA or equivalent and a member of Malaysian Institute Of Accountants (MIA),
# Minimum 8 years of working experience in similar capacity
# Working experience or knowledge of SunAccounts accounting software
# Experience in PSC environment/oil & gas industry (upstream) is an added advantage |
