Description:
Designs and/or codes software applications in a team environment. Demonstrates high-level communication skills and builds rapport with senior leadership within the client organization. Driven, highly skilled software developer capable of leveraging diverse skill set to create inventive applications as part of a team in an operational environment. This position requires a Top Secret //SCI level clearance and may require a Full Lifestyle Polygraph examination.
Essentials Functions:
? Build scalable enterprise solutions for Client with National Intelligence Community.
? Provide technical support for ongoing initiatives.
? Integrate emerging technologies with legacy systems.
? Critically analyze Client’s business processes, focusing on optimizing existing capabilities.
? Recommend and design technical improvements to maximize productivity and data exploitation & management.
? Drive projects from conceptualization through to successful deployment in an operational environment.
? Leverage software development expertise to bolster capabilities and performance of ongoing initiatives.
? Supports ongoing development and integration operations in forward locations
Minimum Qualifications:
? 5 years programming experience in VB.NET and/or C# .NET.
? Strong practical knowledge/experience with Object-oriented programming (OOP)
? Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
? 4 year (BS/BA) degree
Desired Skills:
? BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or
equivalent experience
? Experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server
? Java and/or Perl programming experience
? Familiarity with programming design patterns
