| Job Description: |
Basic Function:
§ Carries out the programs to ensure that all NBS employees will continuously have the equal opportunities for training and promotion.
§ Likewise responsible for researches and studies related to personnel management, organization development, and the administration of programs that pertain to personal/professional development of employees.
§ Serves as the assistant of the Training Officer, usually assisting in the conceptualization, designing, coordination, preparation, facilitation and evaluation of a program pertaining to organization development.
Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
KRA KPI
1. Training & Education § 100% conduct of all scheduled training programs§ Maintaining cost within budget
2. Training Research & Industry Survey § Provide at least 1 project/study (based on the Training Research and Industry Survey)
3. Customer Action Center § 100% customer satisfaction rate.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
For Training and Development
§ Delivers and facilitates training programs.
§ Conducts regular orientation for new hires.
§ Assists the Training Manager/Officer in the development of program methodology, instructional aids and materials.
§ Coordinates with the different branch officers and employees regarding training schedules and logistics.
§ Prepares venue for approved seminars and workshops.
§ Assists in the coordination with external resource persons/agencies for contracted training programs within the organization.
§ Collates evaluation reports.
§ Provides feedback and terminal reports on training conducted.
§ Administers and interprets exams for Supervisory development Program candidates.
§ Visits the stores/branches as necessary and per Training Manager’s direction and provides feedback reports.
§ Gives suggestions for the Master Training Plan
§ Releases memorandum pertaining to assigned training and development programs.
For Organization Development
§ Conducts researches and surveys related to human resource and organization development.
Other Functions
§ Performs regular office and administrative duties such as secretarial and clerical functions for the smooth running of the department.
§ Monitors department supplies and facilitates its requisition/delivery.
§ Other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
§ College graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any behavioral science course.
§ Experience in Training necessary
