Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, specification and services related to control systems including basic process control systems, safety systems, control panels, analyzer systems, telecommunications, field instrumentation, and valves etc.
May also be responsible for advanced controls optimization.
Under general supervision, independently applies advanced engineering techniques, makes decisions on engineering problems and methods.
Incumbent will be responsible for representing the organization in conferences to resolve important questions and to negotiate with key engineers and officials associates and others with a high degree of reliance placed on scientific interpretations and advice.
Responsible for a measurable asset such as an assigned staff and budget, including employee performance appraisals and coaching and development for less experienced professionals.

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering
10+ years of progressive experience, specifically in the area of control systems.
Proficiency in INtools.
PE certification highly preferred.
Experience with chemical, petrochemical, refining, and oil and gas projects strongly preferred.
Qualifying Questions:
Are you currently available to live in Houston, Texas and work in a Downtown Houston location?
Do you have a completed Bachelors (or equivalent) and/or an advanced degree in Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering?
Do you have a minimum of 10 years progressive experience in the design, specification and services related to control systems engineering?
Are you proficient using INtools?
Do you have at least 2 years of industry experience in chemical, petrochemical, refining on oil and gas projects?
