Key Responsibilities are as follows;
Instruct/pre-match/settle all trades with relevant Brokers/Custodians
Liaising with portfolio managers in accordance to their queries
Daily Fails management
Manage all cash, stock and Inter-company breaks efficiently
Timely reporting to the business on failing trades with commentary
Close cooperation with fund managers
Maintaining and updating daily trades on the in-house valuation software
Liaise with brokers/custodians to ensure failed settlements are resolved in a timely manner
Preparing valuations for review within the London fund accounting team
Cash Reconciliations
Stock Reconciliations |
Skills Required:: |
Must have experience in settlements area of an investment bank or an investment manager.
