| Job Description: |
To convert Legacy Data to .NET applications for a major client in Lansing, MI.
Responsibilities:
· Participate in JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions to gather requirements for data conversion from several legacy systems
· Conduct data mapping, data cleansing, program development for loads, and data verification of converted data to legacy data
Qualifications:
1. Experience in Data Conversion
2. Experience with SQL Server Integration Services
3. Experience with mapping of data elements
4. Experience developing conversion programs
5. Experience with data cleansing
6. Experience with advanced data conversion strategies
7. Experience with one or more of the data conversion tools like Microsoft Data Transformation Services (DTS), Informatica, or Ascential
8. Experience in converting data from AS400 platform
**Desired**
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with an IT focus
2. Microsoft certifications
