Description: Technical strategists who work closely with the CEOs, CIO’s, and Engineers to provide specific technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Evaluate, design, and implement enterprise infrastructures and IT-based business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions
· Architect a solution by mapping a customer’s business problem to an end-to-end technology solution
· Participate in the complete life cycle of large and complex projects
· Passion for the customer, which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience
· Engage technology decision makers in discussions related to agility, business value, and deployment technologies
· Help customer account teams identify, pursue and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing projects
Qualifications:
1. Experience in high availability, tuning, performance and scalability of Exchange/Messaging
2. Experience in designing Exchange solutions
3. Experience in working with Active Directory and/or DNS
4. Experience in working with enterprise customers on a consulting basis
**Desired**
1. Four-year degree (BS/BA) or equivalent work experience
2. Experience in Exchange Unified Messaging
3. Experience with Exchange 2007
4. Migration experience from previous versions of Exchange or other legacy mail systems
5. Pre-sales experience
6. Experience leading technical teams
Relocation: YES, Up to $25K
Travel: YES; Up to 70%. Frequent weekday travel to customer sites. Must be committed to travel through the East Region
