Our client is a leading footwear and apparel manufacturer and is listed on the NASDAQ. They are currently seeking experienced professional to join them as a:
Warehouse Systems Leader – 3 positions
(China, Japan, Singapore)
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be in charge of end-to-end support of the warehouse management system from configuration to the implementation process.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing a deep understanding of the Manhattan WMOS application
functionality through the configuration and implementation process
• Assist the global team with testing and end-user training activities during the implementation phase
• Provide local operational knowledge and regional business configuration details
• Retest the system as needed to ensure system integrity
• Lead any configuration changes following implementation
• Effectively teach end-users on the warehouse floor
• Following Go-Live:
o Serve as front-line system support in the day-to-day operations
o Provide day-to-day production support of the WMS
o Liaise with the global distribution development team
o Manage implementations of continuous improvements to the global template
o Identify local requirements and sponsor these initiatives with the global team
o Business testing
o Provide regional warehouse SME support across the Asia region as part of the regional support team |
Skills Required:: |
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and processes
• Previous experience with a WMS
• Manhattan experienced preferred, but not essential
• Domiciled locally in either Singapore, Japan or China preferred
• Proficient in the English, Japanese or Chinese languages |
