| Job Description: |
An exciting opportunity is currently available within a leading Network Management company based in central London. This permanent position requires fluency in a second language. (French or German).
Duties
* Providing solutions to complex customer issues, over the telephone and by email.
* You will be experienced in the areas of system configuration, setup and functionality network management, configuration management and network engineering products.
* Responsible for escalating issues to the appropriate experts within the company. You will own support issues until resolution and will act as the primary support liaison between the company and customer
* 3-5 years technical experience
* Understanding of Microsoft OS & MS SQL.
* Experience with TCP/IP based networks,
* Knowledge of network hardware configurations for Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Concentrators.
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills essential
