Tasks:
• You will be responsible for the subsidiary for Northern and Central Europe
• You will be responsible for the management of the finance, administration, logistics and customers service teams
• You will define and carry out the new organization in Northern and Central Europe for the group
• You will define the strategic axis for the subsidiary and its brands on the local markets in consistency with the group policy
• You will establish a three-year business plan and the subsidiary budget plan
• You will improve the profitability of the German activities
• You will coordinate and control the subsidiary activities
• You will develop and suggest new axis of growth for the brands
Skills and Qualifications:
• Long-time experience in a comparable position in an international company
• Excellent communications skills, both in German and in English
• A hands-on individual with a “can-do” approach
