| Job Description: |
Tasks:
- setting up a new office in Cluj-Napoca,
- seeking new Partners and negotiating with them,
- introducing our HR services to our potential Clientele,
- executing regional projects,
- acting as a contact person between the subsidiary company (Hungary) and the Romanian office.
Requirements:
- relevant (minimum 5 years) working experience in the field of sales,
- fluent English and Romanian language knowledge,
- degree in economics,
- Hungarian language knowledge is an advantage,
- ambitious personality,
- intention to travel frequently,
- knowledge of the most current workforce trends in Romania.
