System Analyst (Logistics IT)
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology, your responsibilities will be to assist the IT Manager to plan, execute and manage all Logistics Execution System (LES) related system
activities so as to have effective business systems which meet the Company's business objectives
Support and execute projects related to LES system, meeting companys objectives, operation requirements and cost savings
Analyze users requirements, provide IT support and coordinate project execution on a timely manner, meeting the project schedule and budget.
Monitor and maintain LES system, including testing of system programs/interfaces created by vendors, improving system performance and availability.
Ensure that IT vendors and service providers deliver their job assignment according to requirement and timeline
Maintain and review system documents and user manuals to ensure continuity and stable operations
Research, evaluate and propose IT services/solutions when necessary |
Skills Required:: |
A recognized basic degree in Information Technology or related fields
Minimum 3-5 years' working experience in LES/WMS solutions
Microsoft Navision preferred
Vendor Management skills
General knowledge of EDI message and IDOC and Inventory Management concepts
Knowledge in business process re-engineering
Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills with end-users and vendors
Proactive attitude
Analytical and problem solving
Negotiation and persuasion
Good planning and organization skills
Initiative and creativity |
