Resident Manager – Bahrain:
Will be responsible for setting up Operations and developing the business in Bahrain
Initially will be supported by UAE Offices
A lot of the initial work involves Business Development/Winning projects for the Group.
In the course of time, he would also get involved with the Eastern province market (Ksa – Rsal; Rsal is a company that has been recently acquired by our client: it deals with manpower supplies to ARAMCO in Saudi; plans are to diversify the business into other engineering related functions. There is a possibility that he would be involved in the KSA region too.)
Qualifications/Experience:
Civil engineer (job does not require too much of technical exp)
Nationality – does not really matter; Arab native speakers with international exposure would have an advantage in this market. Again its not an issue
Bahrain located or experienced – needs to have good contacts in the region.
40-50 yrs, mature
Job will require frequent travel to UAE as he will be initially supported by the Sr.V.P here.
