| Job Description: |
IT Support Technician required to support a 500+ PC network, running MS Windows XP Workstations and MS Windows 2003 Servers in multiple locations throughout the UK.
Our client is looking for someone with highly developed spoken communication skills and good written communication skills. You will be flexible enough to cover opposite work patterns and have the ability to work as part of a team or to work unsupervised. You will take responsibility for the completion of tasks and remain calm under pressure.
This position will involve providing Hardware and Software Support both in person and by telephone and email. You will have a good general knowledge of PC hardware, Operating Systems and Applications.
