| Job Description: |
Our client has a requirement for a CRM/ERP integration consultant who will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of CRM / ERP solutions with customers.
This role requires some one with extensive knowledge of CRM ERP applications from a code level with the ability to understand and decode complex problems.
Responsibilities include:
* Analysing and resolving technical issues
* Giving feedback to customers on a regular basis
* Escalation of bugs
* Coding modules for customers
* Customer Support of our applications
The successful candidate will be based in Central London and will be expected to travel 1 week in 4. |
| Skills Required: |
* C# or a related software language (eg C, C++, Java).
* RDBMS - SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 & SQL queries.
* Internet technologies – Javascript, ASP, ActiveX, COM, XML, XSL, HTML, DHTML.
* Win2000, XP, IIS etc.
* 2+ years consultancy experience in customer facing role.
* 4+ years commercial experience in a programming/design role
* Formal design practices advantageous– UML based or otherwise
* Ownership for the development of software work packages
