Senior Security Support Analyst
My client, a well known Multinational is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support on anti virus and messaging security products to field engineers, technicians and customers.
- Documenting reliability and maintenance issues.
- Analyzing technical support problems
- Documenting the solutions to known issues, through Knowledge base documents and product training.
- Troubleshoot customer requests and queries.
- Resolve complex and critical support issues
- Verify duplicate customer issues.
- Prioritize issues, define and track bugs for Development,
- Coordinate new product releases and beta cycles to ensure information and training requirements are met to support new products.
- Provide on-call support for 24x7 issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, or 2+ years technical experience,
- MCSE, MCP, CNE, CCNA certification desirable.
- 2-4 years experience in a leadership roll

Skills Required:: |
CNE, Domino, Exchange,
Windows based Servers,
Novell NetWare,
Unix/Linux based O/S
DNS, TCP/IP, routing and IPX/SPX
Networking and a working knowledge of network and computer security.
