Skills/Experience:
* Degree in IT, Computer Science or similar subject desirable.
* 5-7 years experience in SAP R/3 Production and Planning/ IT applications support desirable.
* 3-5 years experience in ABAP desirable
* Excellent Customer Service (responsiveness, follow-up, etc.).
* Ability to manage projects with users and other analysts.
* Project management skills, multi tasking, and leadership.

Skills Required:: |
- 1st and 2nd level end-user support
- Implementing process and improvements in the business
- Controlling authorizations and profiles on SAP.
- Debugging and writing ABAP reports and SAP functionality specs
- Provide backup support for Customers System integrated with SAP.
- Assist in Unit/ Integration/ Stress and Performance testing.
- Preparation for rollouts.
- Support conversion and implementation activities.
- Train end users as required.
- Continue SAP education (new modules, configuration, etc).
- Coaching Team members in PP and ABAP |
