Functional Outline
Responsible for ensuring delivery of enhancements and support of the CRM applications and related subsystems. Organizes, plans, and control the usage of team resources to assure attainment of project or functional goals or objectives. To identify, track, and orchestrate all of the interrelated work activities throughout a project’s life cycle. To manage the design, construction, implementation, and close-out of product development work efforts or technical initiatives, as well as to coordinate the input, support, and communication with all functional organizations that impact project scope, business value, risk and resource requirements. The ability to communicate and coordinate activities across multiple IT Departments and Business Groups is required. Duties include prioritization, mentoring, and leveraging of appropriately skilled team resources to aide in initiatives and support. Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle, Web, and Client/Server architectures and Project Management is required.
Activities
Strategic – Planning and Process Definition
1. Supported Business Strategies – (ie. Customer Experience enhancement to CRM Tools)
2. Support Investment plan to consolidate applications in addition to ensuring long term strategies vs. Tactical solutions (i.E. SAP-CRM)
Tactical – Day To Day Activities
1. Work with business to prioritize and package deliver - enhancements under $100,000 to CRM Tools.
2. Accept data requests, prioritize as part of tool package or provide to Analytics Lead. The activities of multi-disciplinary staff (e.G., developers, technical analysts, DBA’s, external consultants) responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of core business applications or technologies.
Team Skills –
· experience with database design and development on the Oracle and DB2 RDBMS Platforms.
· Unix Shell Scripting
· Mainframe (COBOL, JCL)
· Visual Basic 6.0/ActiveX component creation/VBA
· .NET Framework v1.1 or greater (VB.NET/ADO.NET/ASP.NET)
· Crystal Reports
