Due to the expansion of our business, we are currently looking for a further sales/key account manager to strengthen our team in Hamburg.
Your qualifications
• You are a native English speaker or are a bilingual English/German speaker
• You have a strong command of German & are prepared to live in Hamburg, Germany
• You have a university degree
• You have at least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience with proven successes
• You have a high level of customer orientation
• You have strong skills in planning and achieving targets.
• You preferably have experience in the TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) area
• You have a strong team spirit, are responsible, take initiative, and can communicate at all levels
• Your PC knowledge of the latest Office software is excellent, you are proficient at researching on the Internet & are open to learning to work with our in-house data-base
Your responsibilities
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from generating contact to contract negotiations
• Manage client relationship over long-term periods and expand these relationships through upselling and cross-selling
• Perform market research and analysis
• Generate new business by acquiring new clients, primarily in Hamburg but also throughout Germany (occasional business trips)
• You carry out an analysis of the English knowledge of your company clients and manage the planning of the required further education measures.
• Actively report on sales progress and contribute to forecasting
