Job description:
Organizing, managing and executing several piling and foundation projects in Abu Dhabi with full responsibility reporting directly to the management.
Due to the fact that our operations manager has to deal with all kinds of construction works in the field of piling and foundation we are looking for someone who has at least 5 years experience in this certain field to ensure that all projects are executed in time and with best possible quality.
Scope of functions:
• Oversee and control the proper execution of all projects / project sites
• Oversee and control material management and project engineering
• Ensure that appropriate QMS requirements are implemented in all projects
• Conduct and monitor regular project meetings
• Control resources to achieve timely deliveries within the budgeted cost and time estimates
• Ensure establishment, maintenance and updating of project documentation
• Report project relevant feedback of clients / partners to ensure development of the company
What we expect:
•Fluent English (written and spoken)
•Civil Engineering degree
•At least 5 years experience in managing piling and foundation works
•Well organized and open for new piling techniques
