Role
The role involves basic and detail design of Stockhouse including arrangement of building, specification of equipment such as Screens, Feeders, Liner Plates, Chutes, Gates, Dust Extraction Equipment etc. Also the calculations required for Bin Sizing, conveyor sizing and overall Cycle Diagrams.
Tasks
Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will perform the following main duties:
Calculations for Stockhouse sizing and Cycle Diagrams
Supervising layout and overall design
Attending meetings with clients to discuss requirements
Checking drawings and specifications for Stockhouses
Provide support for proposals and estimates
Education / Knowledge
Ideally the candidates will possess a Degree or Higher National Diploma. Chartered Engineer status and/or member of a relevant institute
Experience
Knowledge of relevant technology and Company products
Broad based awareness of all engineering disciplines
In-depth knowledge of engineering analysis tools
Ability to use the company IT tools (Microsoft Office and Outlook etc.)

Able to travel both nationally and internationally, possibly at short notice
