Don't miss this great opportunity to become part of a dynamic and growing team of professionals. OCI has two locations in Denver, CO and in Cheyenne, WY. The Data Analyst position is located in Denver, CO in the Denver Tech Center.
SUMMARY
The Data Analyst uses data investigation techniques and content knowledge to implement new data feeds, produce summary information outputs, design databases, and analyze existing data relationships. The Data Analyst works in close contact application developers during analysis and design to translate business requirements into a design specification.
Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, CIS/MIS or related discipline.
• Experience: 6 years in a data processing role
• Minimum Qualifications:
O Excellent data management, technical writing, and problem solving skills.
O Competency with database administration methods and data management software packages.
O Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), professional e-mail communication, and Internet usage.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: N/a
• Other Qualifications:
O Healthcare, Disability or Property and Casualty industry experience.
O Informix, UNIX, SQL experience.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Investigate new data sources.
2. Support client-driven ad hoc data extract requests.
3. Assist in the assessment of data integrity in the data management process.
4. Development of data quality assurance routines.
5. Build databases and data marts for end-users and applications.
6. Other duties assigned as needed.
