About The Position:
The Implementation Manager plans and manages standardized service implementations. Works closely with Account Executives and technical resources to implement deliverables through a standard, pre-defined process. Ensures that all services are delivered according to OCI design and quality standards. Works with cross functional teams to ensure services are delivered within specified timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or closely related field
• Experience: 6+ years project management
6+ years customer relations
• Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC skills including thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to implement design and quality standards
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
- Strong teaming skills
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external customers

Essential duties and responsibilities
1. Responsible for delivery of services within set timelines and budgets
2. Manage release schedules for specified customers
3. Act as primary customer support contact for specified customers
4. Act as a subject matter experts on assigned projects or products
5. Ensures implementation of OCI design and quality standards
6. Works on SIMPLE Services
7. Project communication (internal and external)
8. Responsible for setting and managing client expectations
9. Implement the OCI project management methodology according to EPMO guidelines
10. Work with a cross functional delivery team
11. Procure and manage project resources
12. Configure customer orders
13. Project status reporting to Account Executive and customer
14. Service reporting to Account Executive and customer
15. Other duties assigned as needed
