Don't miss this great opportunity to become part of a dynamic and growing team of professionals. OCI has two locations in Denver, CO and in Cheyenne, WY. The Project Manager position is located in Denver, CO in the Denver Tech Center.
About The Position:
The Project Manager plans and manages external and internal development projects. Works closely with customers to gather and define project requirements, implements the OCI project management methodology and ensures that all projects are delivered according to OCI design and quality standards. Leads cross functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within specified timelines and budgets.
Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or closely related field
• Experience: 6+ years project management
5+ years customer relations
1+ year budgeting and/or finance
• Minimum Qualifications:
O Strong planning and management skills
O Strong understanding of iterative project management techniques and tools
O Strong understanding of software development project management principles
O Ability to implement design and quality standards
O Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
O Ability to manage cross-functional project teams
O Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external customers
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: N/a
• Other Qualifications:
O Software development project management experience preferred
O PMP Certification preferred
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Responsible for delivery of projects within set timelines and budgets
2. Ensures implementation of OCI design and quality standards
3. Responsible for assessing and controlling project scope
4. Responsible for setting and managing client expectations
5. Development and execution of overall project plans
6. Development and execution of project communication strategies
7. Responsible for assessment and mitigation of project risks
8. Work directly with project customers to gather and define project requirements
9. Implement the OCI project management methodology according to EPMO guidelines
10. Lead a cross functional project team
11. Procure and manage project resources
12. Other duties assigned as needed
