About The Position:
The Developer works as part of the technical team and will be expected to write and maintain application and database code using the OCI toolset for client information solutions.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related field
• Minimum Qualifications:
O Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in programming.
O Strong understanding of computer systems including:
O File Storage
O Internal Data Representation
O Systems Engineering / Application Life Cycle
O Has working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and SQL.
O Strong communication skills
O Strong project management skills
• Other Qualifications:
O Informix Database experience
O Project lead experience
O JavaScript experience
O HTML experience
O UNIX experience
O VB experience
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Solve problems of a technical nature in support of client project deliverables
2. Support, maintain, and configure customized WebOPTIS code modules
3. Design and coding of utilities to speed automated processes
4. Codes, documents and tests software applications according to requirements
5. Organize work load to meet requirement deadlines
6. Collaborate in a team environment
7. Collect data from new client data sources and processes it using the OCI toolset
8. Constructs data flow diagrams and documents data management processes
9. Builds and maintains the data field glossary or appropriate metadata
10. Codes, documents and tests routines for database modification, insertion and construction
11. Designs and documents database refresh routines for the production environment
12. Other duties assigned as needed
