Based in Dubai this internal technical sales position will work closely supporting the sales team. The main focus of the position will be preparing quotations for the Company’s range of heat transfer and separation equipment for a wide range of industrial sectors including refineries and petrochemical plants. The role will involve assessing clients requirements, carrying out equipment sizing & selection, proposal preparation and technical support/clarification through to placing works orders with our network of factories world-wide. |
Skills Required:: |
Qualifications:
An engineering degree, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (BEng).
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in similar technical sales role.
Job Skills:
A team player with strong technical ability with knowledge of heat transfer, separation and mechanical equipment
Hardworking and with enthusiasm to learn
Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
Commercial aware
Good telephone manner and command of English language
Knowledge of customers in the petrochemical, refinery and chemical industries and a good understanding of their processes
IT literate and familiar with MS Office applications
Engineering graduates without working experience will be considered.
