Maintenance
Responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work flexible schedule. $10.50 to start, $10.75 at 90 days
