| Job Description: |
The successful candidate will be involved in a number of advance projects, including prestudy and feasibility study of products for future radio access technologies. Specific duties include:
• RBS Infrastructure related functional requirements analysis and decomposition into subsystems. RBS characteristics requirement analysis, include performance, cost, reliability, etc.
• RBS System design; Participate in the work on RBS system architecture definition and decomposition of functional and characteristics requirements to subsystem level.
• RBS Subsystem design; Participate in the work on subsystem architecture and design for e.g. baseband, radio, transport, infrastructure, control SW
• Performance KPI decomposition. Assessing of future improvements of NE performance management design and algorithms approach.
Essential Skills required (as many from list below):
• Experience in GSM, WCDMA and/or LTE radio access network system design.
• Experience of Network Element with respect to performance characteristics.
• Experience in wireless network element Systems engineering.
• Good knowledge of 3GPP specifications.
