| Job Description: |
Reporting to the Development Manager, the purpose of the Application Support Analyst role is to provide development support services to our clients resolving software and data issues. This person must adhere to standard policies and procedures to ensure a high quality service is delivered to our customer.
* Provide telephony and email support to external clients.
* Deal with clients queries in a prompt and courteous manner
* Adherence to agreed SLA's.
* Ensuring timely resolution of all assigned issues
* Providing regular updates to the Development Support Team Leader
* Diagnosing problems and identifying potential solutions.
* Communicating the details of issues and solution accuratley
* Escalation of issues to the Support Team Lead and the Development Team Lead.
* Following up on all assigned open issues, until they are resolved and closed.
* Follow established procedures to ensure systems integrity is maintained.
