A leading 5 Star luxury International Hotel Chain seeking very professional Directors of Engineer to join their teams in major Chinese Cities.
The responsibilities are: planning, implementing and controlling of all repairs, maintenance and renovations, civil work in nature, electrical and mechanical works of the whole property those are within the responsibilities of the engineering division. Overseeing the economical, efficient and reliable operation of hotel utilities. Applies engineering principles and practices in the attainment of optimum efficiency, high standards of reliability and safely in operating the hotel facilities. Supervises, train and co-ordinate within Service Managers and low grade shift personnel.
The right candidate should have excellent leadership skills and good 5 Star Hotel experience preferably in China/Asia.
Mandarin speaking preferred.
