Technical Support Analyst – Level 1
My client who provides first level technical support currently has the position open for a Technical Support Analyst with French and Flemish. Each agent is required to have an excellent computer literacy and will have the ability to log, validate and diagnose customer issues on the full range of products and applications used on the customer side.
The Technical Support Analyst will provide the customer with a solution through information gathering, troubleshooting and problem research, or will escalate the call to the appropriate team member.
Main Responsibilities are:
* Deal with external/internal customers promptly and professionally
* Track and update all open calls in the Call Handling Database
* Resolve customer issues using the relevant tools and systems
* Communicate regular updates on calls to all stakeholders
* Close/Escalate calls within defined time frames
* Adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA's)
* Work in a team environment to achieve individual and team goals
* Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials
Support is provided on a 24 / 7 basis. All applicants should be willing to work variable shift patterns.
