My client, a leading international company focused on manufacturing and delivering a complete range of hygiene products through out Europe, is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for their Manchester office.
The main purpose of this role is to assist customers with ordering, ensure orders are processed correctly while constantly ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
* Receive and process customers orders via fax or e-mail;
* Input orders into SAP;
* Check orders acquired via EDI are regularly loaded;
* Provide all information needed by customers
* Manage price list within IT system;
* Customer invoicing
Personal Skills:
* Friendly, positive attitude and experience dealing with customers
* Excellent telephone manner
* Attention to detail
* Computer Savvy
* Sap knowledge preferable
* Fluent Italian
