Your responsibilities and skills are:
You are the first point of contact for different business costumers. You will support the hardware and applications by phone or e-Mail. So you have
• Previous experience of support in a helpdesk
• good knowledge in Microsoft 2000/XP, MS-Office, Outlook, Internet and printing systems
• supported language is English, so fluent skills is essential,
• you are always focussed to the need of costumers
• you are a good teamplayer
