We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join our growing Network Systems team at our Malaga Office. We need someone who has exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills and is experienced at providing MS Windows 2003/XP support. The successful candidate will be part of a 24/7 mission-critical operation and will be required to work some weekend and evening shifts.
What You’ll Be Doing…
Provide desktop troubleshooting and support
Provide timely and consistent support, acknowledging and recording all incidents and requests
Monitor and escalate requests as required
Handle network and desktop setup for new employees/office moves
Create documentation for users, new releases and issue logs
Additional projects as required
The Ideal Candidate…
1 – 2 years of experience in a desktop support role
Related education/certification
