About us : SymbiosisFE is a fast growing professional MNC HR Consultancy company in the Middles East.
We have an opening with one of Middle East's largest Media and Advertising Groups. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The responsibilities are as follows :
- Responsible of over all accounting aspects of AP, AR, GL, Cash and Bank transactions
- Bank reconciliations
- InterCo transaction and reconciliation thereof.
- Monthly reporting to HO.
- Fixed Assets capitalisation and control thereof.
- Cash flows & Funds flow.
- Budgets control.
- AR Collections and Vendor payments.
- Adhering to Accounting policies, and report any deviations.
- Preparation for Internal & External Audits.
- Ensure proper documentation
- Client contracts.
- Work Flow.
- Quotation process.
- Media Plan approvals.
- Keep a tab on country specific statutes, changes and ensure compliance.
- Final within the mutually agreed time to be sent for consolidation.
- Play a Pivot in Audit, ensure no major audit qualifications.
Qualifications/Expereince :
A qualified accountant (CA or ICWA) with 4-6 years of experience, (else Commerce graduate / post graduate with 10 years experience)
