Our Client is one of Europe’s leading providers of innovative IT solutions. Our Client's offering includes consultancy, systems integration, application development and management, through to outsourcing of IT development and purchasing processes. Their focus is on financial services IT, portal solutions for marketing support, sales and service processes and document processing solutions.
They are looking for a Business Analyst who will:
- Manage cross-functional project teams and perform business analysis for critical, enterprise-level projects and initiatives
- Act as the relationship manager between IT and the business units, facilitating communication and strategic alignment.
- Perform business process and technology analyses and recommend solutions that are in the best interest of the business and IT.
- Facilitate all aspects of project life cycle management:
- Project justification/prioritisation
- Scoping & objectives
- Enterprise documentation
- Analysis
- Management Reporting
- Implementation

| Skills Required: |
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- BA in business or computer science and 3 - 5 yrs relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Experience within the financial services industry required
-Knowledge or experience with Assets
- Experience with a variety of projects, ranging from business process improvement to software development/implementation
- Experience working with business and technology personnel of various levels and disciplines and a strong ability to harvest and translate business requirements
- Flexibility to work effectively in a team or individual environment and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Availability to travel
It will be a bonus if you possess:
- MBA in business or computer science
- Experience within the Investment Management industry, specially in Profit & Loss, Accounting areas
- Distributed Applications know-how:
+ Familiar with OO analysis and design.
+ Skilled in the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of
vendor supplied solutions.
+ UML and workflow tools |
