Construction manager
We are looking for a dynamic experienced Construction Manager to manage the construction of all projects at all stages.
Duties & responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain good relationship with General Contractors, Architects, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
* Participation in regular meetings for management and contractors when required.
* Prepare various reports to successfully manage the project(s), such as: monthly progress analysis / schedules, billings and status reports.
* Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
* Supervise documentation of all significant project events (e.g., accidents, delays, change orders).
* Direct pre-construction services and activities
* Maintain quality control (integrity and excellence of completed project).
* Work collaboratively with managers to ensure project(s) is / are procured and constructed within the boundaries of the Company’s best practices while conforming to technical requirements.
* Manages the expediting of specialized manpower, materials, subcontracts and equipment.
* Organizing schedules and working to tight deadlines.
* Responsible for completion of assigned projects within budget and schedule while meeting quality and safety goals of the company.
* Supervise the activities of all projects activities including determining schedules, schedule of values, subcontractor selection, and submittal approvals.
* Visits job sites regularly and together with Site Manager, implements changes in methods, procedures, and timing
Education
Bachelors degree in civil engineering

* 10-15 years experience in Construction Industry.
* The candidate should be dedicated and driven having exceptional awareness of the competition in the construction industry, having the ability to adapt and think in a unique style.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
* Results-focused, a team player with excellent negotiations skills.
* Flexible, decisive and able to work under pressure.
* Conversant with contract variations and claim preparation.
* Qualified candidates should have relevant experience and knowledge of construction means, methods and materials.
* Thorough understanding of contracts, estimating, scheduling, cost control, purchasing, project engineering and safety are necessary.
* Documented experience of overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
