My client is searching for an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer / Desk Top Support Engineer with previous experience of desk top support ideally gained within a financial services environment. The successful candidate will be educated to A Level standard and will have good customer service and problem solving skills.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Write functional specs and support documents
- Configure and install MS Windows on PC’s
- Troubleshoot O/S
- Telephone support for all employees on using company computers and peripherals.
