| Job Description: |
Duties:
- Responsible for the Management and Performance Monitoring of assigned Rigs.
- Responsible for Engineering Projects on assigned Rigs in liasion with Preventive Maintenance Manager.
- Responsible for Process Equipment and Drilling Inspection schedules and compliance.
- Responsible for Subcontractor’s compliance with Company’s HSE.
- Responsible for assigned Rig Financial Budgets and monitoring of Rig Costs.
- To Liase with Administration/Personnel Manager on Crew Movements and all other personnel matters.
- To Liase with Preventive Maintenance Manager with reference to all equipment repair.
- To liase with the Materials Manager with reference to the control and purchase of material and MRSs.
- To Liase with QA/HSE Manager with reference to Safety and Quality affairs.
- To liase with Client in all operational matters of dedicated rigs.
- To liase with Suppliers and Contractors.
- To make regular visits to assigned Rigs as per QA/HSE Improvement Programme and RSI Calendar.
- To ensure that 24 hour coverage of assigned Rigs is maintained by Deputy if required.
- To ensure that the training of personnel is carried out on assigned Rigs.
- Liason with all external Organisation on all aspects of QA/HSE.
- To monitor Competence and Performance Standards of all Personnel on assigned Rigs, in liason with Personnel Manager.

Skills Required:: |
Must have Rig refurbishment experience.
Must be in possession of current IWCF Certificate at Supervisor Level.
Must have Ten(10) years relevant Oilfield experience.
Must have a working knowledge of Quality Management.
Must be Computer Literate.
Must have good communication skills in both written and spoken English |
