| Job Description: |
The position is responsible for 100% satisfaction of our guests at check in and check out and fulfilling their requests during their stay.
Our successful agents perform all check in and out procedures, disburse room keys, inform guests about hotel services and the city, answer telephones as needed, post charges, handle and balance cash and credit card transactions daily in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Responds to guest requests promptly; promotes hotel services, facilities and outlets; provides guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase satisfaction.

| Skills Required: |
Front Desk experience in a large hotel preferred.
*Organizational skills, multi-task and detail - oriented.
*Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a team player
*Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills
*Will be required to work nights, weekends and holidays
*Problem Solver- skilled in handling guests issues and resolving them
*Professional Appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality |
