| Job Description: |
Responsibilities include reconciliation of cash and credit for front desk, balancing daily financial reports, and front desk coverage. The customer service oriented clerks will perform all check-in and check -out functions, disburse room keys and inform guests about hotel facilities/services. Accommodate guests requests answer telephones, post charges and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain balance of cash bank and other duties as assigned. Verifies accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to daily business transactions recorded by other workers and covers the nighttime front desk operations by performing the following duties.
-Set up direct billings for accounts
-Post advance deposits and balance totals
-Enter group history notes for day's departed groups
-Count key deposits and balances count against cash
-Generate charges for conference billings

Skills Required:: |
1 Year Experience
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions to practical situations
Must perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner. A combination of duties mainly related to bit not limited to verification and auditing hotel revenues and balancing hotel accounts. Hospitality Industry background with night audit or accounting experience a plus. Microsoft Excel experience required.
