Position
- Account and Admin Executive
Reporting Relationship
- Reporting to GM
Expected date to start
- As soon as possible
Primary Job Function
- To provide GM with overall and specific assistance for all ranges of work which GM is involved including secretarial and administrative works.
- Also responsible for facilitating and supporting to develop long and short term business strategy, business plan and also analyze the business etc.
- Provide on time responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities
- Assume part of responsibilities to effectively facilitate communications amongst GM and all concerned parties, internal and external.
- Arrange and manage every internal and outside meeting that GM should attend
- Join every business meeting with GM to keep tracking follow-up and progress until it is done via workable tool such as ‘Things To Do’ list
-Assist GM with daily secretarial works such as scheduling, e-mail checking, corresponding, clients meeting, sales call, market visit, phone calls screening, drafting answer, mail handling, file management and dBase management etc.
- Prepare presentation materials for GM in most impactful and efficient manner
- Arrange necessary arrangements for visiting GM
- Prepare travel arrangement for business trip
- Can be assigned to special tasks if deemed necessary by GM
- Prepare budgets in line with Branch requirements
- Preparations of cash flows
- Control and maintain petty cash
- Control and maintain Bank transaction
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events
- Prepare accounting, statistical and narrative statements or reports requiring analysis and interpretation of data

| Skills Required: |
Qualifications
- Fluent oral and written English enough to communicate with HQ
- Preferably 3 years of Assistant’s experience. But, any one who has basic skills in secretarial works even less than 3 year and has potential to work as “Assistant to GM,” not Secretary is more than welcome to apply.
- Proactive and positive attitude in work and diligent
- Teamwork and good chemistry
- Proficiency in computer (dBase, PowerPoint, Excel, MS-Word & internet surfing)
- Oversea educational background is plus
- Previous experience or high level of understanding in marketing is plus, but not must
- Result-oriented with fast learner
- To be able to work under pressure
- Both male and female can apply, but female will be more suitable due to secretarial works is still part of duties
- A must - Accounting qualifications
- Not over 30 years old.
